Jucelino Luz , enviou várias cartas sobre o caso Madeleine McCann , antes de acontecer lá em Luz - Portugal , fez citação sobre Christian Brueckner, condenado por crime sexual infantil, estupro e tráfico de drogas, disse que embora essa pessoa tivesse má reputação , não seria a pessoa que cometeu o crime contra a menina inglesa , agora confirmou que seus sonhos estão batendo com a versão dada , onde falou pela primeira vez desde que se tornou, no ano passado, o principal suspeito pelo desaparecimento de Madeleine McCann.
Por meio de uma carta divulgada pelo tabloide alemão Bild, no dia 14 de junho de 2021 , Brueckner classificou a investigação do caso como um "escândalo" e ainda afirmou que os investigadores estão "perseguindo uma pessoa inocente", portanto "deveriam renunciar".
De acordo com as informações dos promotores da Alemanha, há “evidência concretas” de que Madeleine esteja morta e que apontam Christian Brueckner como o culpado de ter cometido o assassinato. No entanto, se tivesse provas concretas já as teriam apresentado , na questão , dela estar morta, isso, é fato, desde 2007 , Jucelino Luz ,mostra em suas cartas que a menina foi morta por acidente ,o corpo foi escondido em Luz - Portugal .
Atualmente, a polícia investiga as alegações feitas por uma clarividente, que acredita que ela está enterrada em um bosque perto da Praia de Luz, em Portugal, onde restos mortais de várias outras pessoas desaparecidas foram localizados. Jucelino Luz , afirmou desde 2007 , anteriormente , a esse vidente, que ela estaria em Luz - enterrada próximo uma praia e não no bosque . A região ficar perto do resort do qual ela desapareceu em maio de 2007.

E que não seria sequestro e sim, um acidente de uso excessivo de remédios ,que foram dado a essa criança para dormir , coincidentemente, foram encontrados gotículas e postas de sangue dentro do quarto onde estava a menina , independentemente disso, essa é a mesma área em que morava o suspeito Brueckner, que hoje cumpre pena por estupro na Alemanha e tem antecedentes de pedofilia em sua ficha criminal. No entanto, não quer dizer que ele tenha praticado esse crime . O que podemos entender , é a pressa para finalizar o caso entre autoridades inglesas e esse novo promotores da Alemanha - não , sabemos o que motivou esse grande interesse no caso, pois, o fato aconteceu em Portugal - e mesmo sendo cidadã inglesa, pertence as autoridades portuguesa essa investigação, que foi retirado , aparentemente sobre pressão ,e interesses singulares - ao que parece desde quando o desaparecimento dessa menina inocente .
Madeleine McCann teria completado 18 anos no dia 12 de maio de 2021 . Seus pais, Kate e Gerry McCann, segundo noticiários espalhados no mundo, ainda alimentam esperanças de que a filha esteja viva, no entanto, em contra partida, a resposta do caso poderia também estar com eles , se as autoridades portuguesas , não fossem interrompidas ,por ligações e influência diplomáticas da Inglaterra , por outro lado, sem acusar, no entanto,nem os promotores da Alemanha, nem da Inglaterra ,ou seja, a polícia de ambos países, nunca apresentaram provas concretas da morte da garota. E agora, o que parece( opinião e visão espiritual) , que querem apresentar um criminoso , que nesse caso , aparentemente, é inocente , para justificar erros e finalizar as investigações sobre esse caso .( Não é nada pessoal ) . Ainda fica a dúvida, que podem propor acordo com esse criminoso , no sentido dele assumir , o que não fez , apenas para dar um fim nas investigações, e sobretudo, os verdadeiros criminosos , ficarão impunes .
